Work Planner / Construction Estimator

Tasks / Responsibilities:

– Assessing and selecting request-for-quote (RFQ) applications.
– Preparing detailed cost estimates for materials, production, and installation hours.
– Converting estimates into commercial offers.
– Advising clients and architects on materials and details.

After a project is awarded, a schedule will be created in consultation with the project manager, and the budget will be adjusted accordingly. In the subsequent phases, subcontractors and suppliers will be selected, and products and services will be procured.

Profile:

– Completed MBO+ or HBO education in construction management or civil engineering.
– Experience with estimating systems.
– Resides in the local area.

Carpenter / Working Foreman

Tasks / Responsibilities:

– Project preparation.
– Independently setting up the construction site.
– Laying out the build using measuring equipment.
– Responsible for proper use of materials and equipment.
– Timekeeping and monitoring.
– Quality control.

Profile:

– Completed VMBO or MBO education in construction.
– Preferably some years of experience in construction or finishing.
– Independent, accurate, and flexible.
– Resides in the local area.
– Holds a valid driver’s license (Category BE).
